Hi, did you select a volume from drive select dropdown list? Maybe w2k issue.... That's *the* problem...there are *no* phone volumes appearing in the pulldown...only the drives in my PC are listed. My pulldown starts at C:\ and goes through all the drives I have installed in my PC...there are no /a, /b, /c, /d, /e, or /anything listed. Does it look to you that the RIZR is at least now connecting to P2K Commander? Is there some permissions or something that need to enabled somewhere either in the RIZR or my PC? thanks, please don't give up on me yet.

Morning, all. OK, Installed 4.1.0. I['m running Win XPPro 5.1 SP2 integrated, build 2600. Everytime I try to read a/ on my phone (V3t) I get a windows fail window. Using the 2.9 drivers, and, P2k-commander 3.3.0 beta works fine( I re-installed it when 4.1.0 failed). 4.1.0 loads, detects the phone, lists free space, etc no problem. However, as soon as I try to read /a from the phone, I get the infamous "Windows has encountered an error" message. ANy thoughts on this??? Thanks

@Daughain
I think the prob is Filefliter=*.mp3 Check in options. Accidentally i released V410 with .config file which contains filefilter. In this case if on /a volume contains no mp3 files. files found will be 0 and app crashed In V411 i will check it.
regards....

RIZR works, the prob is not with phone. The prob is code behaviour under W2k. Looks like i must install wk2 and make some test. regards..

s5vi; I turned off the filter, and, it stopped crashing as fast, however, now I can't get it to read any folder except /b. Repeated attempts to read /a finannly caused a crash....??

but it didn't help my problem which I really didn't expect (one can hope) so I'll continue to wait and hope you can find the problem with (presumably) Win2K.
Thank you for your efforts and for providing this program.

Yes, I am trying to connect Verizon KRZR k1m too (CDMA) using Windows XP Home, sp 2. Any suggestions? i am new at this, but not completely computer illiterate--maybe just a little guidance. what drivers do I download to get P2KCommander to work properly. I have 2.9 and when I click on the drive (P2K mobile phone), I get the "not responding" message and P2Kc closes. Can you help?

I had V.3 and now v.4 and all installed fine.
I just cant upload files to the fone using any P2K tuning (tried 1st 3 tuning).
The error im getting while transfering files (eg:Ski,dat,gif,jpeg) is: USB: IO Time-out! CMD: data write fail!
Please advise.

Hello...I installed this release and it says the phone is connected in the dialog box but I cannot see anything other that the folders on my PC's hard drive...no phones show up in the listing. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong since I am a novice in this area. Can you suggest anything to help me see the phone in the directory listing?
thanks
Yeah, I"m in the same boat. I've got the E815 phone. Im on windows vista. This program isn't working on my computer. I"ve tried everything and still can't seem to get it to work. I am obviously missing out on a step or not doing something correct. Can someone please tell me the proper steps of how to get p2kc to function? I mean, what do I need loaded, from step 1 to execution of the end result. I am trying to fix problems on my e815 and hoped this program would work, since MPT doesn't do a thing to help. If you've got a manual, step by step procedure, please let me know where it is. thanks.
