Hello...I installed this release and it says the phone is connected in the dialog box but I cannot see anything other that the folders on my PC's hard drive...no phones show up in the listing. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong since I am a novice in this area. Can you suggest anything to help me see the phone in the directory listing?

thanks

The phone is a RIZR Z3. The phone drives do not appear in the pulldown list at all...the only drives identified in the pulldown are the drives on my PC. Am I supposed to put the phone in bootloader mode first? It's pretty strange that P2K commander sees the phone (according to the dialog box) but won't display it's drives?

thanks

I use Windows 2K SP 4 with all updates. So far I have gotten motorola phone tools and RSD lite 3.3 to work OK. Currently, when I start P2K Commander I get the following messages in the dialog box:

USB P2K device found phone connected
P2K Tci IF up
Tci command set p2k05
INVALID DATA LENGTH FOR COMMAND
Volume name fail

No, RIZR is NOT p2k05 phone!! use simple 3G fast command set.

Thank you for trying to help. I changed to 3G fast but still don't see any phone directories. Info in the dialog box is now:

USB P2K device found phone connected
P2K Tci interface up
Tci command set: 3G fast
Volume information ---> Volume names: /a /c
Search Files: /a/*.*
Free space" 2118 KBytes

At least no "failure" message this time...perhaps we are getting closer?

thanks
