http://www.el-co.hu/p2k05/P2kCommander-V4.0.4.zip

pls if your phone is p2k05 send .log file

It seems RIZR is NOT p2k05 phone. So RIZR owners must uncheck this option.

In options dialog you can see "Logging USB packets"

The most exciting function is "Manual setting of USB InterfaceIndex"
Now i can read it programmatically from phone during USB device recognizing
All old phones have this value is 8
RIZR is 2
I see V3xx is 1, but not works.
Maybe i read wrong or something ...
So testers can try various values ( i think 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 )
The most suspicious is 2 even if i read value=1

ps: i try these values with my e398
if invalid value set, usb timeout occured, and a crash. but my phone not damaged.
i dont know what will do with your one. you are warned.

good luck, and i'm looking forward your logs....(dont forget .log is created when you exit)
(if a crash occured you can only see on the screen, or make a screenshot)

Sorry for that
Logging is not perfect. It has not correct design
Simply copy a log window content to .log file when you exit.
If crash occured .log file not written and old one not deleted.
So if p2kc crashed you see the PREVIOUS log.
Maybe a little help if i delete a log file when start app.

Anyway i see your log:
This is autodetected value is 1 : "InterfaceNumber is: 01 "
And this is sent to the phone is 2 : "4102000002"

So this is not help....A good news is in case of RIZR this technique lead to success, but RIZR is NOT p2k05 phone as testers enlighten me.
Further investigation needed.
Maybe usb tracing. May i ask you some tests?
I found a new , more clear usb sniffer. This is far easy to read (and use)
http://www.fabulatech.com/usb-monitor-pro.html
this is free for 15 days , crack not found :-(((
logs can save its special format. Thanks in advance

ps:quite hard to find this without certain phones.....

Can these USB functions be fixed in a driver? In other words, so all other p2k programs will work like PST later on? Or is it a flaw which leads only this program to be used unless other programs update to add specific support?

I think this changes is due to hardware changes in phones
Old Neptune LTS/LTE was dropped. I dont know the new chips.
Drivers and pst are officially released. The new pst.dll must work.

In case of RIZR the solution was: correctly get the interface index and use it in usb setup packet.
before i know this is constantly equal to 8.
these new chips is varies this value, and i enlightened this value is NOT constant.

Monitored now with the new tool.

First test P2KC 4.04 switching to "P2K Mobile Phone".
And second test sending through Radiocomm a FSAC "Get File Volumes" Command.

Or tell us what action we have to trace, please.
With the new tool i cant trace a hot plugged device, coz after switching from Modem Mode to P2K Mode the tool lost the mobile phone. Sad
And i must start monitoring again.

And here a trace from File System Explorer in RC.
This tool is able to read the Filesystem of the V3xx but it cant copy anything from mobile to PC.

Maybe the trace is usefull for you.
From row 00 to 25 the Programm starts.
From row 26 to ... i did click the "Read Files" Button after some seconds it shows me the whole File System of my V3xx.

@Bomber21
Google "Radiocomm 10.3.1"'

Please if you make a tracing use PST driver in radiocomm.

I see Psychomorpher's log, but completely different than i expect. I think this is made with other driver than PST. (in radiocomm menu you can select usb drivers: GNPO,PST,MLINK)
The default is Mlink, please select PST)
