V-4.0.1 logging packets

i push some packet info into .log

i think the command packet must be good
another problem is the reading
technically reading froman usb device initiated with sending a "query" packet
maybe this also changed just like the command packet
this query packet is not logged by radiocomm  :-(  only the arrived answer

please set p2k05 , try to connect, and send .log

p2k.log and p2k05.log is my experiments, (my e398 drops an ivalid command lenght to the p2k05 commands)
