I recently purchased a RAZR v3c phone and I was interested in putting ringtones and skins on it from my computer so I downloaded P2kcommander to do this. I followed directions from the p2kcommander website on how to get my phone connected to my computer. I installed a few of the drivers, but I didn't get all of them. My phone didn't show up in my device manager. I decided to try and reboot. Now I get a message saying that windows did not start successfully because of a change in either hardware or software. Any suggestions? I'm horribly confused.
