Not showing ringtones or audio

When p2k loads the files from my phone it is only showing an audio file containing va and vr files.My own ringtones or wallpapers are not showing up at all.I want to get rid of the motorola and t mobile ringtones and wallpapers.I have a Motorola Razr v3 on T-Mobile pay as you go.Any help would be great as I have printed off instructions and nothing seems to work as p2k does not seem to be picking up ringtones and wallpapers.Thanks.

try /c volume
user files are here
eg: /c/mobile/audio

or check options dialog files unlimited and no filefilter

The instructions I followed said to pick a not c.I have just found picture folder just got to print off instructions so I can get rid of the right files.Glad I posted now as I would of been there forever looking in a.Thanks.
