new features:
- remember lastly used folder too (not only the drive)
- message texts moved into separated file (easy to translate without compilation) (not fully complete yet, dialog boxes need some work)
- attributes can be entered as hex number (not only via checkboxes)
this is for experts only! I also make a file vanished when for test purposes i set its attrib to 70h  :-( file no longer shown....i tried many p2k apps
-make window splitter centered
