I have a W385, new WinXP drivers, charging works fine. (once I figured out the phone had to be off before it was plugged in, then turned on.)  Motorola icon says "connected", trying P2K v 6.0.0.  Program starts up, reads out "CDMA: W385" then, when I change to a/ phone system directory, program locks up and gives the "Microsoft had to shut down this program..."  Seems to work up to this point, then goes tilt.
