Motorola V3m Razor Help

Can someone tell me how to set up the latest version of P2K to work with this phone. All I get is crashes, over and over again, it's getting kinda annoying right now. All I'm trying to do is get my pictures off my phone and off my memory card.

Any special drivers or something that I need?
