I have no idea if I am doing this right... I've downloaded the a required driver a few times, then made attempts to run the P2KCommander. When I click on the icon, I get a picture of a cell phone that won't go away... Is this right? Better yet, just provide plan jane idiot instructions for someone like me.... I need this in order to add executable files to my cell phone but really have no idea what I am doing...
Other blogs suggest that I won't see the phone listed in my computer, so if that's the case where would it be...

Anybody that can help, I would be ohhhhh so appreciative.

have you installed downloaded p2k driver?
if yes, take a look into device manager, plug phone and a modem device must be appear
if yes, drivers are ok. (phone must be data/fax mode)
then you can run p2kcommander. if problems occured pls post .log file
or you can delete .config file.
anyway without phone, p2kcommander must be start. and you can doublecheck options regarding your phone model

Ok, I have located the zip folder with the p2k drivers, however how do i download these to my phone? all of the action that i have attempted thus far has been in vain... can you just provide simple instructions on how to???

Not to your phone, p2k drivers must be installed onto your PC
get stuff from here:

driver is *.msi file just download and run it.
