I thought I had everything downloaded but must have missed a step  I get the orange star in the lower right tray.  It says: "AT device not connected" but the phone is connected through the usb port.  Also when I click on "my Computer" I do not see the phone.  What am I missing (please give detailed instructions) as I find this very confusing.  My way of think is I plug it in the computer should find it and the program should allow me to see what is on the phone.  All I really want to do is download the pictures from the phone to the PC.  I have upgraded the phones and we are now using Samsungs instead of these Razors

I think you use an archaic old version
get the latest from here:
http://www.el-co.hu/smf/index.php/topic,300.0.html

anyway phone will never shown in MYComputer, P2kCommander dosent use "shell extensions" which put new icons into MyComputer

just install p2kdrivers, and run p2kCommander.exe
from drive dropdown list there are phone volumes

OK I have gotten the new P2K commander but when I go to get the driver it tells me invalid character in Program file.  I believe this is because it is automaticly trying to open c:Program while I am using f: on my system is there a way to tell this driver where to put it the down load you recommended does not give that option
