OK I must just be stupid.  I have downloaded P2K commander and the drivers.  I get the yellow star that says v3r switched to p2k mode.  How the heck to I get the stuff off the phone?  This phone is no longer used and we would like to get the pictures (and perhaps some ringtones) off the phone and on to the computer to perhaps download later to our new Samsung

check your settings in options dialog
proper settings ate these:
