Had Moto Tools with a V3m and now have a Razr VE20 and can't transfer ringtones I have made.  I am attempting to use P2K Commander and cannot connect my phone.  I am connecting the phone with a USB cable and see it listed in Device Manager under Modems as a Motorola USB Modem #4 and also under Ports as a Motorola USB Diagnostic Port Com9.  When I start up P@K it doesn't seem to detect phone.  Should it list the phone at bottom left if connected?  I am new with this software and am struggling with connecting.  I have set options to the screenshot and have also tried using the COM9 port with no luck.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
