UT starcom superslice (CMD-1450M) metropcs

need help of some kind of direction to getting the pics off my UT Starcom Super Slice I have Vista 32 bit the official driver of the phone and metro pcs for service utstarcom has been no help and there assholes on the phone too!!!!
can some one make something for the common layman to get pics off this phone? dragonwize420@yahoo.com
