Moto W755 unseen by P2K

I've downloaded (then uninstalled and reinstalled) several versions, downloaded the handset package (Handset_USB_Driver_32_v3.7.0.msi). Currently trying V4.9.E.  No matter what I cannot get the software to see my Moto W775. I'm begining to think that the phone just won't work with the software. The USB connection just doesn't want to work.--Any thought/suggestions are welcome.

first pls make sure your phone is in modem mode
Settings/connections/usb mode
then plug your phone and in the device manager, you must see moto usb modem (in modems group)
if not , there is usb port/drivers problem , are you use XP or Vista ?
pls do not use usb hubs, use usb port on the rear of your pc

if modem device do not appear no chance to use p2kcommander

i have version 4.9 and it keeps kicking me off and saying opposite of new release and gives me a wiindows send dont send window
