I am just getting started so bear with me please.

I have a Motorola V3m Razr. It is the Sprint *Red* model that came out a couple years ago.

I'd like to get some pictures copied from the phone.

Using the USB, I've successfully completed an update to the latest system version using Motorola MSU with the correct model (Sprint RAZR) without a hitch.

Next I installed the Motorola 3.7.0 driver and p2kCommander 5.0.7 but I am not able to get a successful file listing whether running on Windows XP or Vista. And this is regardless of the MSU running a connection in the background or not.

In reading, it sounds like I took the wrong approach and that I may need specific driver and p2kcommander versions.

In Mark's V3M instructions, there is no mention of Sprint, the resources are all for Verizon phones.

The question is, does anyone know how I might proceed for a Sprint V3m?

Got it,

I guess I got sidetracked with Verizon specifics.

I uninstalled everything and did 2 things...

Re-installed latest Motorola MSU, left it running.

Utilized P2kCommander-V3.2.6

So far so good, I pulled my pictures that were stored in the camera (for years).

Regards
