I have installed the drivers and even went back to an earlier version 4.9.c which recognizes the phone but when I select the phone the program crashes

ok,
pls set mode to p2k/p2k05   V3 and W385 are p2k phones, P2k over usblan is for new linux phones (like V8)

uncheck, use this COM port, or if you sure your port is COM6 you can leave checked

soory for that, i just now recognized
uncheck "use p2k05 commands (override autodetect)"
this also needs for linux phones,
your phones are simple p2k

ps: it looks like i need to write a new autodetect code
for now i focused to new linux phones
oldies also works, but the default config is adjusted for linux phones
or i will attach a working p2k config file

uhhhh, what is in log window?

i see on your shot , phone is already in p2k mode, so p2kc dont switch your phone to p2k mode

if re-plug phone . device is in AT mode (COM port)
p2kc must switch it to p2k mode with AT+MODE=8 command

im having a problem, i have all the drivers and i do get to the 3g fast part, but when i try to connect is says generic fail, and volume failure, and in the phone and modem panel, my Motorola Usb Modem (COM9) keeps disconecting when my P2K commander trys to connect to it, im using 5.02 cuz none of the other ones are working, i use vista
thx

P.S. when i tried installing the motorola drivers again, it said that a network error prevented the msi to be read or something like that
