I'm not sure this is the place to post this question or not and if it isn't I apologize.

I have a V3r razr that I've just switched to AT&T and I cannot get an internet connection.

The info on the phone is:

Motorola CE, Copyright 2004 - V3r (R4515_G_08.BD.43R)
International Identification (IMEI): 359419003692018
Own Phone Number:
Motorola Phone Tools - 5.10a (080708012354)

Can P2kCommander flash my phone so I can get USA access and if so how?

P2kCommander is for accessing phone filesystem.
If you canot access internet, you need to subscribe that service on AT&T and you need to update websession file
To work with P2kCommander you need p2k drivers, both can be found in download topic

the simplest solution is vivit AT&T homepage and they send settings to your phone
