Using with Moto Slvr L7C

I have two SLVR L7c and they both connect (using RSD Lite v3.2), but when i start up P2K the Log screen shows the following:
Message file loaded.
C:\Documents and Settings\Tom\Desktop\P2kCommander - v4.9.E
Open Internet Connection
Check if update available
Sorry, No update available
P2kCommander launched
Usb p2k device found, phone connected !
p2k tci lf up
tci command set: 3G fast
GENERIC FAILURE
Volumne name fail!

That happens on  both phones but when my phone connects and i reload the /a P2k Phone System i see all the files on my phone, but do the same with my wifes and it shows only about half and the log says:
513 files found
258 filenames loaded in 7203 milliseconds.

Any ideas?
I've tried reloading, restarting, but to no avail... any help would be very much appreciated...

Yes CDMA s always return Volname fail msg.

Some older versions do better afaik
If all filenames and loaded filenamea are differ, pls check filename filter in options dialog
