This is how I got photos from my W385.

Switch to P2k Phone user.
Browse to a/motorola/shared/picture

You should have a list of photos called Photo XXXX.jpg

I finally found mine on my Verizon W385 at a:/brew/mod/19919

The pics I take with the phone are located somewhere else though even though they show up in the phone in "My Pictures" .
I copy pics to the phone and they will show up at "My Pictures"
