Hello. I have a gentoo ebuild written up (that I'm trying to get into gentoo-portage) that uses the p2k-core directory iinside of the p2kc source tar. Is there anyway you can repackage the new p2k-core in with p2kc and release a revised version of 0.6? Thanks.

my friend has a razr 3V (I believe) and using my ubuntu 8.10 I downloaded the pictures he took with 0.6 P2k

can I assume this is the latest version of pk2 commander for linux??

I did look around and it seems work in continuing in windows. I'm not interested in using windows, really.

anyway, this program worked fine for what I needed and I wanted to thank you

Sorry this is the latest now.
I cannot updated linux version for a while, but will
For p2k and p2k05 models ver-0.6 is ok
if you want to use cdma, ezx, or juix (linux) based models, you need win32 version
anyway win32 version runs very well under virtualbox and xp guest

what I have for linux works just fine. Thanks again

have you considered making the windows version of pk2 portable? I enjoy several programs from http://portableapps.com/

it's a very nice system. It would make sense to have one's access to the phone be as portable as the phone is.

I'm noticing a problem due to spaces in filenames or foldernames . . .

If there's a space in a file or folder name, P2k Commander (or 'p2k-core') just crashes.  There's no way to quote or escape a space character so that it's handled gracefully.

Can you alter p2k-core and/or P2k Commander to handle spaces in filenames gracefully?  I'd really appreciate that in a version 0.7.  Also, I'd repackage it for Ubuntu once that is done.

Thanks!

Also . . .  could you make it so that when a folder gets created in P2k Commander, it creates and empty file with the same name within the folder so that the folder is usable immediately???

People like this program, but they don't want to have to think too hard to use it.

Thanks!
