Hello !
I have reflashing my linux based RAZR2 V8 with RSD lite 4.1, it work fine.
Is it possible to modify parameters (like seems, right of pictures, etc.....) with a software like P2K commander

No, p2kc current version cannot manage V8 files/seems
afaik you need telnet enabled firmware,  and do telnet method
