you need p2k drivers before.
1. have you downloaded p2k driver? if not try this:
http://www.faq4mobiles.de/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=10or google it (latest is 3.2 or 3.3 afaik)
2. unpack somewhere
3. plug your phone
4. if new device appear , select newly unpacked folder for driver location
5. if no new devie appear, delete moto usb modem from device manager refresh device manager and go step 4.
Now drivers instlled (on half way)
6. start p2k commander
7. new device must be appear (1st of 3 p2k device)
8. select select newly unpacked folder for driver location for each new devices
9. p2kcommander may crash, simply re-start it and go ahead......
if stuck.....check device manager, there must be moto composite usb device group with 3 sub devices. TestCommandInterface is essential....
To remove drivers you can use drivertool:
