Hello all. I have a Motorola Razor v3r and for some reason I can't see anything from the phone. I'm Using P2kCommander-V4.9e on a windows Vista laptop. When i first start up the program it shows the contents of the P2k main folder and i see this.
Message file loaded. C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\P2kCommander-V4.9.E Open Internet connection. Check if update available. Sorry, no update available yet. P2kCommander launched. Usb p2k device found, phone connected! P2k Tci IF up. Tci command set: 3g fast Volume information --> Volume Names: /a /a P2k Phone system Search files:/a/*.* Free space :3529 KBytes
When I go the the pull down tab i see (star) /a P2k Phone system 3 empty slots (star) P2k Phone seems My system drives and (star) _C:\3d I select /a P2k Phone system and wait a couple seconds and get a message saying i can run other things while it searches the phone and the log says 735 files found. and shows its loading the files. the status bar moves then it says 735 filenames loaded in 40482 milliseconds. but I see nothing. the file path says P2k:/ and that's it. if i try and have it re read i get the message again and as soon as i close it P2kCommander crashes.
Can Anyone help me please? My sisters and I all have the same phones from AT&T and they came with only one game and a few simple ringtones and skins. We would really like to put things on the phones mainly ringtones. so if anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

Pls check your options dialog settings. remove checkmark on filefilter line i think your setting is use *.* filter. you must not to use filtering (uncheck the box)

Unfortunately that box wasn't checked. the only thing that has a check mark in its box is the check for updates box.

Ah!!!! Thank you so much! I've been trying to figure this out for months. I downloaded so many different things....ugh..... I had the exact same problem with my V3re, but it works!
How do I get pictures from my phone? I tried changing the filter to /*.jpeg, but it didn't find anything. Any ideas?

I tried all of the above and am still not able to view any of the files found. It finds 11 .mp3 files but there is nothing in the file list pane. I have a V3re and am using Windows XP SP2 and P2K V-4.9.8. The odd thing is that I have successfully used this laptop and these Motorola drivers and this P2K program in November 2007 to upload mp3 file/ringtones. Do you have any additional suggestions?

If filelist shows only mp3 files, check file filter setting in options dialog. maybe filtering is active (you have to remove checkmark to see all files)
