Access Denied in Vista 32

Hey all I seem to be having a different problem then everyone else,  It seems when I try to Install trhrough the "Found New Device" on Vista 32, I've pointed the install to v2.9 and the P2KDRIVERSII and get the same thing every time "Access Denied".   If I use the Drivers from Motodev "MOTOROLA USB HANDSET" It installs in the system but doesn't set the drivers for the phone.  So I go into the "MOTOROLA" and "MOTOROLA INC." Drivers list and it says the driver isn't for my hardware.


ANY IDEAS?    Been working on this for 2 Days,  Any help greatly appreciated.

Hey all Figured it out, Had to reboot in safe mode to install the Latest Drivers (2.9) for the V3 with Vista 32 Basic...

Now I'm looking for the Latest SW mine is R374_G_0E.42.15R, I've also Went Back to Boot Loader 7.D0 as I Understand this Version of the Boot Loader + MotoUnlocker will Unlock My V3.. Unfortunatly I'm the Type That Would Like the LATEST BL and SW,  Any One have Anyway to keep the V3 Unlocked with BL 826?
