Recently i started to make some skins.
Frequently uploading a skin is very time consuming, waiting for getting filelist on my old e398 is PITA. Even if SkinManager get only the skin files.

I figured out a quick way:
I specify a file mask in options /a/*.ski
Getting filelist is fast because p2kc will load only ski files and will show skin folders
Skin dat file will be not shown. but i can copy them.
If my skin almost complete and pics in dat files not changed i just upload only the ski file ofcourse, and this i sonly a few seconds.

This method save me lot of time when i upload a skin 50 times. (or upload 50 different skin)
