i'm not an expert but i remember a msg in a forum that a flash cannot remove a sim-lock but can lock a unlocked mobile if the flash contain a such a lock. this may be of your interests..

what i had really wanted was a flash and flex file for my phone.....i had a v3 before and i could do alot on it....but the v3xx is so different i want a good flash file for it the phone isn't lock or anything it is the phone that i'm using now.....can you help me
