Thank you for your time and effort to unable us (mad modders) to fiddle with our new P2K05 mobiles, but also a big thank you to Psycomorpher who supplied you with his V3xx for a much faster testing.  Grin

I have tried v. 4.9.2 on my Maxx and it is working beautifully. At long last I can change to split-skins and adjust them for Maxx, also external skin testing is possible now.
I am looking forward to v. 5.0 as it will (hopefully) have the option to open g/.

Hey, can you help a fellow countryman out here? I've dl-ed the latest but can't get the p2d driver 2.9 install for my v3xx. I have a V3 also and it installs fine for that phone. Tried two machines, same result. What am I missing? I've modded my V3 a bit before but this puzzles me...

Man, you have to check "p2k05" in options dialog.
Auto detection if phone p2k or p2k05 is not implemented yet.
Need a manual selection!

If not this situation , actually what is the err msg ? or send a screenshot.
Regards....

Thanks. Of course I checked "p2k05" options. Problem is when I set phone USB connection type to "Memory Card" it prompts to install MCU/Test drivers but the install fails with "Wizard can't find suitable software to install" msg. When I set phone USB to "Data Connection" then phone is only detected as USB modem and no prompt to install p2d drivers. Commander sees it as phone is in AT mode and no way to switch it into p2k mode (since drivers are not installed).

Like I said it all works great with the old V3 Razr I have so I don't know what's wrong here...

I just need to be able to install the 2.9 drivers somehow...

Check in device manager which COM port is the usb modem
Set that COM value in options dialog
Hope this will help...

OK thanks. In the end I had to install the UID tool for it to prompt for the Data/Test drivers in "Data Connect" mode. Now the fun begins! Smiley
