These p2k05 phones are __very__ fast (comparing my old e398)
Can get whole filelist within a second! and file operations also fast.

I can read files and seems successfully.
Writing seems not tested at all (pls do it with a harmless , not vital seem )
Writing is problematic at this moment
I can write small file, but big files truncated
pls test it with some picture

Good luck.

ps: if you can send some donation for my work, you can do it from main page clikcing "paypal icon"

I wonder if this is not the problem with my V3 RAZAR...
I have some big files on the phone and PKC keeps locking up.
I'll remove them with MPT and see if that helps.
Seems to me that I started having problems when I put some big files on the phone.
Will let you know.

Oh, Great work by the way.

About truncated writing
p2k is write files in 400h blocks (decimal 1024)
i guess files below this size can write successfully
pls test it with pictures below and above 1024 bytes

hi s5vi,

Thanks for the app - I'm wondering what driver set you are using?

I used a fresh install from the motodev site and i can't connect.

Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,

edit: figured it out - it was a setting i needed to check in your app!

can't wait till this is fully working <3

Thanks s5vi !  Wink
I connected my Maxx to P2K C v.4.9.1 and it read a/ without a glitch, I could copy files from the Maxx to PC, but as you mentioned the other way round only works up to 1024 Bytes. Manual input of g/ would not work and after that it listed e/ in the left bottom corner, but did not listed the files.

Great work s5vi! I got it working on my A910, I opened RC first, and then P2KC. Take a look at this screen, the model shows up as a EZXB, and there is only 8 files in /a. I hope we can locate all of the others!

Update to Maxx and v. 4.9.1
I can open a/ , e/ and b/ after selecting them in the option first and everything gets listed OK. I made a full file backup of a/. But g/ still remains not accessable. I tried c/, which does not exist on the Maxx, but P2K C lists b/ instead.

Filterer, do you use w2k?

WinXP, strange thing is that it still works on my laptop which is also WinXp however on my main computer, even with no phone plugged in and after restarting the computer I am still getting the generic Windows message telling me the program has crashed

If I debug I get the following info
Unhandled exception at 0x7c9106c3 in P2kCommander.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x0065004b.

Which points to this line in the assembly code
7C9106C3  mov         byte ptr [edi+6],al
